In partnership with Bosman Van Zaal company, at the beginning of 2022 Agrikol started working on a miniplug facility for Maelor Forest Nurseries Ltd in Bronington, Wrexham County Borough, Wales.
Progress by the end of March
The project includes Production area with the size of 23.654 m2 and Technical area – 1.843 m2. The works to be performed contain of: Erecting steel structure with vent system, Cladding roof with single layer poly film, Cladding gables/sides with sandwich panels, zipper system and single layer poly film, Rain water discharge + Condensation water discharge and doors.

Right now, the calm weather has provided conditions to finish the roof off and we’re now progressing with the groundworks for the tray sowing line.
Once completed, it will secure not only a continuous and steady supply of tree stocks but also improve their quality and resilience to the effects of climate change.
